About Plating Poverty

Plating poverty is a concept we dove into once we realized the dead ends of attempting to get ahead in a rigged economy. After attempting the slog of corporate work life in America, we decided to resign ourselves to a luxurious poverty. We quit our jobs, taking part-time jobs to get by, and use food banks and no-cost grocery programs, creating delicious free/cheap meals, plated beautifully, adding immeasurable quality to our lives.
